Think Common’s consciousness, meets Nas’ lyricism with the ruggedness of Shyheim and Jamal’s delivery and you got me, Dango Forlaine. I am a Detroit emcee who is also a student of Hip-Hop. Throughout my life’s journey I can’t think of a moment where hip hop wasn’t a part of it. I look up to the gods of the culture and I pay my respects, realizing that they have paved a way for me to forge my own path.

And over the past 8 years after choosing music as my career, that is exactly what I have been doing. In that span of time, I have established an extensive catalog working with talented artists such as Bizarre (of D12), Raz Fresco, Ty Farris, Guilty Simpson, Miz Korona, Planet Asia, SamBeYourself and many more.

Along with being a prolific studo recording artist, the stage has become a second home for me. Since returning back to Detroit in 2018, I have been a highly touted performer being booked for close to 100 shows within these last 5 years. Due to tremendous growth as an artist I have also been able to travel; wrecking stages in places like New York and Atlanta.
